The Durutti Column > Shrewsbury Buttermarket, 6 May 2004

As part of the Definitive Durutti Column tour, the band play the Buttermarket in Shrewsbury on 6 May 2004. Support will come from Mark Tranmer (aka Gnac).

John Kertland, who is presenting the gig, writes: "It is a real delight to announce that I am presenting The Durutti Column at Shrewsbury Buttermarket on May 6th 2004 as part of the "The Definitive Durutti Column" album tour. The venue is a superb, converted victorian warehouse in the town centre. Shrewsbury, for those of you not familiar to the place, is located around 60 mins from Liverpool, 90 mins from Manchester, 60 mins from Birmingham. The town boasts some very good hotels and eateries. Support on the night will come from yours truly spinning a selection of Manchester / Fac / just plain good favourites!
