A typewritten invoice dated 14 July 1983 from Peter Saville Associates to Factory Records (presumably Tony Wilson) for graphic design services rendered on several key items for New Order (including Blue Monday and Power, Corruption and Lies) and FAC 51 The Hacienda (including the original logotype and stationery).
Various handwritten annotations (possibly added by AHW) offer further explanation on labels and FCL sub-divisions involved (e.g. Base in Italy, Polygram and Ikon FCL).
The left hand column appears to include internal reference numbers applied to the projects by Peter Saville Associates (e.g. SPA29).
